Australian boxer Charlie Senior has paid an emotional tribute to his grandfather following his victory at the Olympic Games. Senior, 22, wore a gumshield etched with the name of his grandfather Dennis as he secured a split decision victory over Vasile Usturoi in Paris. The Australian missed Dennis's funeral after he lost his battle with cancer just before the Olympic qualifiers last December, with Senior unable to make the trip over to England - the country of his birth - to pay his respects.
