Jones-who passed away July 14 at the age of 40-died from hypertensive cardiovascular disease, according to TMZ Sports. The medical examiner listed the manner of death as natural. According to the Cleveland Clinic, hypertensive cardiovascular disease can happen if you have unmanaged high blood pressure for a long time. The added strain on your heart could lead to heart failure or other health problems.
