Dallas Cowboys kicker Brandon Aubrey misses practice for patriotic reason
Dallas Cowboys kicker Brandon Aubrey was called into civic duty this week and was forced to miss practice on Wednesday because of it. Aubrey was listed by the Cowboys as a non-participant in practice because he was summoned for jury duty in Tarrant County, Texas to serve on a 12-person jury for a felony assault case, per the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. The case Aubrey is on the dozen-member jury for surrounds a second-degree strangulation charge against the defendant.
