Patrick Mahomes' dad returns to jail as he starts sentence for latest DWI conviction
Patrick Mahomes' dad has been booked into Smith County Jail in Texas. The father of the NFL star has reported to jail to start his sentence for his most recent DWI conviction, according to TMZ. He was booked on Tuesday just before 5pm and is not expected to be released until October 31. Mahomes Sr, 54, was arrested by the Tyler Police Department on February 3, eight days before his son won the Super Bowl for the Kansas City Chiefs in Las Vegas.
