Feyenoord director general Dennis te Kloese reportedly joked he had sold one of the club's stars to Manchester City after their key role in the Dutch side's stunning comeback on Tuesday. Man City appeared to be on course for a comfortable win at the Etihad, with an Erling Haaland brace and Ilkay Gundogan strike giving the hosts a 3-0 lead over Feyenoord. The Dutch side hit back impressively in the closing stages, with Anis Hadj Moussa seizing on a mistake by Josko Gvardiol to pull a goal back for the visitors in the 74th minute.
