According to Variety, the couple informed a federal judge of their intentions on Thursday, January 30, shortly before their attorneys are due in court for the case's first hearing. Lively sued Baldoni-her director and costar of the film It Ends With Us-for sexual harassment in December 2024, claiming he created a hostile work environment on the movie's set.
