Browns linked to Carson Wentz after adding Kenny Pickett and meeting Russell Wilson
The Cleveland Browns and former Kansas City Chiefs backup quarterback Carson Wentz have mutual interest and the former starter could find himself under center for coach Kevin Stefanski's team, according to Cleveland.com. The 32-year-old Wentz is seen as a 'bridge' quarterback until a long-term answer can be found under center, according to Cleveland.com's Mary Kay Cabot. The Browns may be without controversial starter Deshaun Watson for the 2025 season after he ruptured his Achilles tendon both in October and again while rehabbing in January.
