Channel Seven and Channel Nine's footy show war goes volcanic as Nick Riewoldt dishes brutal sledge to rival broadcasters
We're only two weeks into the beginning of the 2025 AFL season but it appears a frosty feud has already been bubbling away between some of footy's biggest broadcasting talents. In the latest update to the saga, Channel 9 reporter Damien Barrett took a moment to poke some fun at Port Adelaide great Kane Cornes, following his defection to Channel 7. In a segment on Nine's Footy Show Barrett appeared incensed that Kornes has taken his 'Vol-Kane-O' segment to Channel 7.
