Charles Barkley had fans raising eyebrows with a viral call-out to co-host Kenny Smith during CBS' March Madness coverage. As they filled out their NCAA Men's Tournament brackets, Smith picked his alma mater, the University of North Carolina, to win the highly unlikely national title.
