Dave Portnoy claimed a Texas A&M basketball player 'should be in prison' after he nearly cost him a bet on the opening day of March Madness. The Barstool Sports chief backed Yale to cover the 12.5 point spread and was on the brink of victory when Texas A&M led the Bulldogs 80-69 with 23.3 seconds left on the clock. But the Aggies' No. 2, Hayden Hefner, drove towards the basket in an attempt to add to his team's points tally, which would have been catastrophic for Portnoy's hopes.
