Dave Portnoy slams famous pizza nemesis as 'one of the worst humans of all time' after latest controversy
The outspoken owner of a Somerville pizzeria has sparked controversy online once again - almost two years on from his famous bust-up with Dave Portnoy. Back in August 2023, Charlie Redd - who owns 'Dragon Pizza' in Davis Square - went viral after ripping into Portnoy as he reviewed his food while standing directly outside the restaurant. 'Enjoy your pizza, but I don't appreciate what you do to small businesses,' Redd told the Barstool Sports founder before their spat descended into a foul-mouthed back-and-forth which was watched by over 18 million people on X.
