Clay Travis has told Megan Rapinoe her 'brain is broken' after she questioned the reasoning behind Donald Trump's executive order effectively banning trans athletes from women's sports at public institutions. Speaking with soccer publication, MUNDIAL, the former USWNT captain disagreed with the president's claim that he's protecting female athletes from trans rivals.
