NBA star Jimmy Butler has been accused of causing $125k in damages to a luxury Miami Beach rental before his recent move to Golden State. Butler, who left the Miami Heat to join the Golden State Warriors as part of a five-team trade last month, has been hit with a lawsuit after allegedly leaving the $130k-a-month pad in 'complete disrepair', reports the Miami Herald. Court documents obtained by WPLG 10 state that the property had mold issues, damaged drywall and flooring, a broken HVAC system and an unmaintained pool by the time the 35-year-old left for San Francisco.
