The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 43, underwent her final radiation treatment on Thursday, April 3, and marked the occasion by ringing her hospital's cancer bell. Mellencamp documented the moment via her Instagram Stories on Thursday. In a video, the reality star said she had gotten her graduation papers and read from a plaque under the bell.
