Chezzi Denyer has opened up about her four year health battle after a post-pregnancy hernia saw her struggle with nerve damage, unimaginable back pain and a lack of core strength. The former Sunrise producer, 43, who is married to TV presenter Grant Denyer, took to Instagram on Thursday to inform fans that she had undergone a lengthy seven and a half hour surgery after struggling with the hernia's effects for years.
