Arsenal defender Ben White's England exile is expected to continue as interim boss Lee Carsley prepares to name his first squad on Thursday. All eyes will be on whether White is named in Carsley's party for the UEFA Nations League games against Ireland and Finland after he made clear to the FA in March that he didn't wish to be considered for selection.
