A Queensland footy player accused of striking ex-AFL player Jason Cloke last weekend has been handed a lengthy 26-game suspension from the Queensland Masters competition. The man fronted a tribunal on Wednesday night and was given a 20-game ban for elbowing Cloke to the ground, and a separate six-game ban for a different striking incident. Queensland Police are investigating the incident, which saw Cloke rushed to Pindara Private Hospital on the Gold Coast, where he stayed overnight and had a CT scan.
