Although Andy MacDonald failed to reach the final of the men's skateboarding park event, the 51-year-old dazzled in front of a packed Parisian crowd who were all stunned by his moves. MacDonald not only impressed in his maiden Olympic Games but he created history by becoming the oldest competitor in the event, which saw he come up against competitors as young as 17. The Olympics may have put the world's gaze on the Englishman but in the skateboarding realm, he has always been an icon in the sport.
