Jason Kelce. Penn State University Police is looking into an incident involving Jason Kelce and an unidentified college football fan at the school, Us Weekly can confirm. A police spokesperson told Us on Monday, November 4, that the department is investigating after Kelce, 46, was seen slamming a heckler's phone to the ground outside Beaver Stadium. "University Police and Public Safety is the investigating agency for this incident and the process is ongoing," PSU Police told Us in a statement.
