Original story below: Denise Richards' husband, Aaron Phypers, is being sued for alleged fraud and breach of oral contract. Rupert Perry filed a lawsuit on November 13 that accused Phypers, 52, of violating a verbal agreement concerning treatment at his wellness center, Quantum 360, in Malibu.
