News broke on Thursday, January 16, that Baldoni, 40, his studio and other plaintiffs sued Lively, 37, Reynolds, 48, and her publicist, Leslie Sloane, for $400 million in damages. In one portion of the 120-page lawsuit, which was obtained by Us Weekly, Baldoni alleged that Lively continued to break character in a montage scene and speak as herself rather than as Lily, which was extremely confusing for Baldoni.
