Man City near transfer agreement for £50m star who has scored 18 goals in just 24 games this season, despite interest from Liverpool and Arsenal
Manchester City are progressing towards an agreement with Eintracht Frankfurt for forward Omar Marmoush. Mail Sport first revealed City's interest in December and the Egypt international is eager for the move to go through to the Premier League champions. Frankfurt are reluctant sellers, particularly in the winter window, and had hoped to keep hold of the 25-year old who has scored 18 goals in 24 appearances this season. Liverpool and Arsenal have also been following Marmoush but have not followed up their interest and City are willing to pay around £50million for a player who can play across the frontline or behind the striker.
