The Big Brother 7 winner and Chilltown alliance member was arrested in January 2025 for attempting to steal from multiple CVS pharmacy locations in the San Fernando Valley, according to TMZ. Sources told the outlet that an employee at one CVS location confronted Malin, 54, outside the store, asking him to pay for the items he had smuggled out.
