Terrifying moment Kay Adams is struck by a golf ball after NFL star's wayward drive
Kay Adams narrowly escaped serious injury after being hit by a golf ball during this year's NFLPA Classic. The tournament sees dozens of NFL players battle it out over 18 holes and Adams was among the broadcast team for the event at Mayakoba in Mexico. Sauce Gardner, Von Miller, Austin Ekeler, and Aidan Hutchinson were among those to tee it up at El Camaleon Golf Course. But the offseason fun nearly turned very nasty when Houston Texans kicker Ka'imi Fairbairn missed the fairway with his tee shot.
