BRITNEY Spears has never shielded away from showing off her curves or revealing the measures she has taken to get her world-famous figure in shape.

A celebrity dietician has urged the Toxic hitmaker to reconsider her latest diet regimen, which involves unsustainable "16-hour fasts," and find a regular pattern.

A dietician told The U.S. Sun that Britney (seen here in March) may have trauma around her relationship with food[/caption]

Britney shared photos on Instagram in March where she posed on a tropical beach.

The mega star's private parts were covered with emojis in one photo on March 27.

Britney was otherwise nude, grabbing her breasts as she sat in the ocean.

The photo drop came within days of revealing she had turned to a new diet.

Britney's March 15 post included a photo of a book on intermittent fasting by Stephen Harrod Buhner.

"I actually feel a little too tiny and weak to even think about shooting for Instagram right now!!! But honestly, I like this spiritual dimension I'm on," she wrote.

"It's purification in its utmost way and to go into your body and mind to find your most enlightened state of consciousness seems so rad!!!" Britney added to her post.

But Kim Shapira, M.S., R.D. has expressed doubts that intermittent fasting is the best plan.

She urged Britney to find a "healthy long-term approach" to food.

"I love that Britney Spears is inspired to become curious about her mind, body, spiritual life, and practices," Shapira told The U.S. Sun.

<!-- End of Brightcove Player -->

"I hope she finds a way to have a more realistic and healthy relationship with food and a long-term approach.

"When people go through something traumatic, they can develop a new trigger.

"When we become emotionally triggered, our rational mind becomes irrational.

<!--googleoff: all-->  <blockquote class="article__quote">    </blockquote>  <!--googleon: all-->

"We then rationalize bad ideas.

"Britney is human, but it sounds like there is so much trauma around her relationship with food.

"Putting some empathy and compassion towards that part of Britney is essential."

Britney (seen here in 2016) needs empathy and compassion on her journey with food, said dietician Kim Shapiro[/caption]

IN PROPORTION

Previously, Britney tried other approaches to slimming down, including changing her diet.

"I run a lot, I swim a lot, and I dance a lot, too," the mom of two told E! News in 2016.

She added, "Tacos, pizza, and ice cream. I love sweets. I love Oreo Blasts—they're the best!"

Britney also shared how she ate fruits and vegetables to curb stress in 2019.

"I have weak eyes and stress and asthma and headaches. So this chart has helped me so much with those problems …. and my weight!!!" she wrote on Instagram.

By 2021, Britney moved toward portion control. She told fans she felt better.

"No… I didn't follow through with the ice cream diet. I chose portion control, which is very hard when it comes to Doritos! On a positive note, my body feels way better now." she said.

Intermittent fasting involves an eating pattern that cycles between periods of eating and fasting.

Shapira, who has not treated or worked with Britney, claimed this diet was unsustainable.

Britney started a portion-control diet in 2021, which she claimed was difficult[/caption]

OUT OF HOURS

"This diet does not recommend foods that should or should not be eaten," she said.

"Some typical cycles involve fasting for 16 hours or more, with a window of 8 hours or less for eating.

"This diet trend has gained popularity because it has the potential to provide health benefits.

"These include increased metabolic function, weight loss, and brain health.

<!--googleoff: all-->  <blockquote class="article__quote">    </blockquote>  <!--googleon: all-->

"The real question is sustainability because we have dinners and vacations.

"People might get taken off course and find it hard to get back on track.

"Otherwise, sometimes, celebrities can feel isolated, so asking for help is hard.

"Isolation is not suitable for anyone, including Britney, so I suggest creating a routine and becoming consistent so she can thrive."

Britney wrote in The Woman in Me that Jamie Spears (seen here in 2012) allowed her to eat almost nothing but chicken and canned vegetables[/caption]

STRICT START

Britney's life changed overnight in 2022 when her controversial conservatorship terminated.

After 13 years, her father, Jamie Spears, 70, was suspended from his guardianship duties.

There were reports that he was allegedly abusive.

Britney started over at her mansion in California and married for a third time to personal trainer Sam Asghari.

<!--googleoff: all-->  <blockquote class="article__quote">    </blockquote>  <!--googleon: all-->

When Britney's autobiography, The Woman in Me, hit the shelves, she said Jamie had allowed her to eat "almost nothing but chicken and canned vegetables."

She said the control of her food intake occurred over two years.

"No matter how much I dieted and exercised, my father was always telling me I was fat. He put me on a strict diet. The irony was that we had a butler — an extravagance — and I would beg him for real food," she said.

Shapira, author of This Is What You're Really Hungry For, said Britney would have felt shame and persecution had Jamie restricted her diet.

Britney may have felt confused in the past about her fathers comments about food, said an expert[/caption]

'

RISK & RESTRICT

"I have never treated Britney, but I would imagine if a parent makes these comments, it would be confusing," she said.

"The comments might fill a person with shame and, ultimately, persecution.

"If food is restricted, our basic survival is at risk.

"This will ultimately lead to overeating when food is available; this is more of a human experience than an isolated one.

<!--googleoff: all-->  <blockquote class="article__quote">    </blockquote>  <!--googleon: all-->

"I am excited for Britney to recognize she is more than those messages she might have received.

"If we could remember ourselves as teenagers, we would be more innocent, lack perspective, and see our parents and adults as all-knowing.

"Parents must know that we have limitations, and most of us try our hardest not to impact our children negatively.

"If parents encourage disordered eating, it is a form of abuse."

UNCONTROLLED

Britney's life has been dogged by difficulty since she shot to fame as a child star in the late '90s.

It became a whirlwind of controversy as she battled substance abuse issues.

<!--googleoff: all-->  <blockquote class="article__quote">    </blockquote>  <!--googleon: all-->

Her two sons, Jayden James and Sean Preston, went to live with their father, Kevin Federline.

Following a well-publicized breakdown in 2007, when she shaved her head, Britney was finally placed under the control of her father.

"Hopefully, Britney will now learn a few things about herself through her process with food," added Shapira, who is based in Los Angeles.

FOOD FADS

"Perhaps she can find her way to a regular eating pattern, which includes all the food groups.

"I would love Britney to be more dedicated to eating small, frequent meals throughout the day to maintain her blood sugar.

"She would need to be closing the kitchen after dinner.

"This will help improve her sleep and hormones to feel emotionally, physically, and mentally balanced throughout the day.

<!--googleoff: all-->  <blockquote class="article__quote">    </blockquote>  <!--googleon: all-->

"When we have restrictive and binge cycles, it is easy to latch onto a trend or fad that is similar.

"Our bodies need fuel and rely on blood sugar to function, and they thrive when we are consistent.

"Eating a small amount and as much as you need every couple of hours, trusting that there will be more later, would be considered consistent.

"Skipping meals, ignoring signals, or under-eating would be considered inconsistent.

"This is one way that screws up our metabolism.

"Our bodies would be in the middle of a feast or famine, and we hold on to calories to conserve and protect ourselves.

"I admire Britney for wanting to ground herself in her relationship with food and be curious about how food affects her mentally, physically, and spiritually.

"I am personally cheering for that side."

And the blonde bombshell doesn't gatekeep: she's shared her go-to skincare, her hair oil, and the wellness routine that keeps her looking gorgeous at 51.

Cameron was previously voted as having the 'perfect' body shape (pictured in 1999)[/caption]

Cameron has an impressive résumé including There's Something About Mary, Shrek, The Holiday, and My Best Friend's Wedding.

However, she's arguably most remembered for her iconic role in Charlie's Angels which is still often discussed by fans online.

Now, fans are anticipating her return from early retirement in Netflix's Back In Action — and they're stunned by how great she looks.

"Cameron Diaz is not aging and Lucy Liu is amazing and I love Drew Barrymore. Yes, I am watching Charlie's Angels," one person tweeted.

"Cameron Diaz looks so young OMG," another wrote.

"You know who's a bad b***h I've always loved? Cameron Diaz —beautiful and funny [heart eyes]," a third said.

At the peak of her career, the Vanilla Sky actress was voted as having the "perfect" body shape by readers of Women's Health.

In 2019, Cameron welcomed her first child with her husband Benji Madden, a baby girl named Raddix.

She also co-founded an organic wine brand, Avaline, that Forbes said has achieved over $20 million in revenue.

We've taken a deep dive into her anti-aging secrets to discover how she stays youthful despite her heavy workload.

SKINCARE

Cameron told Goop that wearing makeup every day for most of her life was "depleting" her skin and causing breakouts.

She revealed a trio of beauty staples that have helped to transform her skin.

"I'm so into the Goop glow," she said.

"I just love the Microderm scrub — it feels so good and really makes a difference in my skin.

"I have a face oil and a retinol from Versed, and that's about it.

"When I get up in the morning, I run my skin under the water in the shower — I don't even use a cleanser in the mornings."

Goop Beauty's Microderm Instant Glow Exfoliator is sold on the brand's website for $125.

Versed's Press Restart gentle retinol serum has a 4.5-star rating on the Versed website, where it costs $29.

The brand's Sunday Morning antioxidant oil serum is sold for $20.

Cameron surprised listeners of Michelle Visage's podcast Rule Breakers when she revealed her minimal skincare routine.

She confessed to skipping a step that most beauty enthusiasts would consider the minimum.

Cameron Diaz shocked fans when she revealed that she rarely washes her face (pictured in 2022)[/caption]

"I literally do nothing," she said, according to Women's Health.

"I like never wash my face…. Twice a month, if I'm lucky, I'll be like, 'Oh, I better put this on. One time works, right?'"

Healthline previously spoke to experts who say every person should wash their face both morning and night.

However, if you can only commit to washing once a day it's best to do nightly to help remove grime and oil built up during the day.

Cameron said that stepping back from her acting career made her put less focus on her appearance.

"I'm like a wild animal, like a beast. I don't care," she said.

"Literally the last thing I think about on a daily basis — like maybe not at all during the day — is what I look like."

MAKEUP

"After the years of having to wear it, I love makeup as a fun little touch," Cameron told Goop.

"Merit makes absolutely beautiful things, like my favorite lipstick, their Signature Lip in Cabo, which is just bright and light and effortless.

"And Gucci Westman's highlight is so pretty, and her lip palettes are amazing, in every shade."

The actress previously took to Instagram to share her six-step makeup routine while enjoying a glass of wine.

She began by applying Merit's Minimalist Perfecting Complexion Stick, which can be used as a foundation or concealer.

"I'm using the ochre, the yellowness of it cancels all my redness," she said.

The $38 complexion stick is available on the Merit website in a wide variety of colors.

Cameron then applied Merit's Bronze Balm Sheer Bronzer, which cost $30, to add definition and warmth to her face.

She used a large makeup brush to blend Merit's Flush Balm Cream Blush in the shade Raspberry Beret to her cheeks and used the same product on her lips.

The look was completed with Merit Beauty Clean Lash Lengthening Mascara and Merit Beauty Brow 1980 Volumizing Pomade.

HAIR

Cameron's hairstylist, Lona Vigi, uses OriginalMineral Frizzy Logic Shine Serum to tame her flyways, according to Elle.

Having flat-ironed her glossy blonde locks, Lona rubs a dime-sized amount of the product in her hands before patting it onto Cameron's hair.

OriginalMineral sells the serum which contains organic argan oil and native Australian macadamia oil for $70.

Celebrity hairstylist Ben Skervin demonstrated how he created Cameron's beachy waves for her appearance on the cover of InStyle in a YouTube video.

He added a foaming mouse to damp hair before blow-drying in sections to get his desired texture.

He then applied a holding spray to each section before creating waves with a medium-sized curling iron.

"Then I'm going to use one of my favorite products that I love," he said.

"It's a dry shampoo for blondes and what it does is just give the hair a little bit more guts and just deconstructs the hair a little bit too."

FITNESS

Cameron has co-written two tomes focused on health and wellness, The Body Book and The Longevity Book.

Amazon shoppers have given both books a 4.4-star rating and penned rave reviews about how it encouraged them to take care of themselves.

The actress took to Instagram at the time of The Longevity Book's release saying that she wanted to spark change.

''

"I am so proud of this book and very much looking forward to engaging us all in a new conversation about aging — how to do it with strength, grace, health, and wisdom," she said.

Cameron goes to the gym with her trainer Teddy Bass almost every day, where they do varied strength training, HITT, and pilates.

"Some days I go to the gym for literally 10 minutes," she told Self. "But the fact that I got up and got there matters to me.

"Because at the end of all of this, I want to be able to say, 'I did the best I could.'

"It's not about having a ripped stomach. It's about taking care of myself."

DIET

Cameron has had an enviably slender physique throughout her years in the spotlight.

However, she confessed in her book that she previously struggled with body positivity.

"I did not like my body when I was a kid," she wrote, according to Marie Claire

"I was all skin and bones, all arms and legs. I was really, really skinny, and the other kids let me have it because of that.

"I hated being skinny. Being made fun of feels terrible, no matter what the reason is, no matter who you are."

The actress is now mindful of what she eats and said in a Goop interview that intermittent fasting helps her stay on track with her nutrition.

"Doing a little reset kind of brings you back," she said.

"It helps you be more present in the moment, staying aware of what you're saying and what you're doing."

The actress starts her day by drinking a big glass bottle of water that has been put on her bathroom counter the night before.

She follows a Mediterranean-style diet and revealed to Bon Appetit that she has two protein-rich breakfasts.

"At my first breakfast, I just put something in my stomach before my workout — usually scrambled eggs, toast, an avocado, an apple with almond butter, overnight oats, or a piece of chicken," Cameron said.

"It's just enough to kick things into gear. Then I work out.

"After that, at second breakfast, I joke that I eat dinner for breakfast. It's a full meal with chicken, grains, and sautéed or roasted vegetables."

IT may be stormy and cold out there but some celebrities are raising temperatures with their skimpy two pieces and cut out cossies.

While the rest of wrap up warm and count down the days until spring, Instagram has been flooded with snaps of both reality stars and A-listers spilling out of their swimwear in hot climes.

There's nothing new there except some are taking the briefness to a whole new level.

Stars from Kendall Jenner, to Lottie Moss and Maya Jama have become part of the 'high rise bikini' trend – which sees their bottoms yanked up above their waist – both front and back.

It's left the rest of us wondering just how realistic – and painful – it must be to pull off the same look.

Fans have taken to social media to share their thoughts with many asking: "Why bother with the bikini?"

And Celebrity stylist Lalla Bronshtein says the trend is "totally unrealistic."

She says: "The High rise trend is the new celebrity trend of 2024.

"Instead of celebrities wearing their bikini bottoms around their waist, they are pulling them as high as possible, which is allowing a lot of skin to be on show.

"But there's a lot of background work in these photos to make them appear to be so picture perfect.

"A-listers and reality stars are lucky enough to have access to a whole team of professional photographers, extremely good lighting, makeup artists, a fashion team and editing softwares.

"This is ultimately why the celebrities don't have their hair in the wrong place, or are spilling out in places you'd never want to be spilling out from.

"For these types of bikinis you'll need good angles and different styles of cover ups to make it work, such as kimono, sarongs, crochet shorts to lace dresses."

Here, along with Lalla, YASMIN HARISHA takes a look at celebrity fans who seem to have joined the high rise club and if you're brave enough to try the trend, she reveals how…

Maya Jama

Maya Jama had people 'zooming in' as they wondered how she managed to wear her 'high rise' monokini[/caption]

LOVE Island host Maya Jama is proving to be a cut above the rest whilst holidaying in Cape Town, South Africa, at the beginning of the year.

The 29 year old, who is currently dating rapper Stormzy, caught a quick break before hosting Love Island: All Stars 2024.

She shared a picture modelling a black cutout monokini style swimsuit to her three million Instagram followers, and captioned it: "Everything's better in the sunshine."

Talking about her bikini, many fans were fascinated at how she managed to model "such a high bikini" and how her "bunda broke the internet."

Another person commented: "Maya putting everyone in zoom in mode."

Lalla recommends wearing a cover up with it.

She says: "If you'd like to wear something like this, but fear you might fall out of it, team it up with a maxi cover up chiffon Kimono.

"Wearing the kimono open will show just enough of the cutout swimsuit-bikini making it look flattering, complimenting your figure well."

Kendall Jenner

Kendall Jenner sparked debate after revealing her 'unrealistic' bikini[/caption]

Keeping up with the trends as per usual is Kendall Jenner and her itsy bitsy super teeny bikini.

Being the top model she is, Kendall, 28, put everything out there the reality star got tongues wagging after she shared a bikini picture of herself to celebrate the new year.

However, the picture didn't get a lot of positive feedback.

"Disappointed," one wrote.

Another questioned: "Why bother with the bikini???"

A third asked: "I don't get why a woman would want to share this with the world? Do you have no self respect?"

Lalla says: "Kendall Jenner is wearing a micro string bikini, but that isn't very realistic to wear for most.

"She's using her professional skills here to make the most of the picture, but it's not natural at all.

"Some may feel uncomfortable wearing this or walking along the beach in this as the bikini may not stay in the same place.

"For it to work, a long sleeve sequin net mini dress is great to pair with a micro string bikini as you're still showing off the bikini style but covering up at the same time."

Kim Kardashian

Known for always being picture perfect and often leaving little to the imagination, Kim Kardashian oozes with confidence in her skimpy briefs.

The mum of four shared a picture of herself playing tennis in a pink Chanel Velour bikini – which costs over £5,000 – with her 364 million Instagram followers.

But it may leave you wondering how she managed to run around with a bikini pulled that high.

Lalla says: "Don't be fooled by the professional sports equipment she is holding, Kim Kardashian is posing perfectly here and knows exactly what she's doing to make a real statement.

"I'd recommend wearing a top and bottom mesh cover up set.

"With it being mesh fabric, you still get to see the bikini style under the cover up without feeling virtually naked."

Perrie Edwards

Whilst currently embracing motherhood, former Little Mix singer Perrie Edwards recently enjoyed a well deserved break in Antalya, Turkey with family.

The 30 year old, who welcomed her first child with her fiancé Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, 30, in August 2021, looked super fit in a thong micro bikini, with a one shoulder bikini top.

But this isn't the most realistic bikini to be walking around in.

Lalla says: "I'd recommend a crochet bodycon skirt to help with any mishaps.

"Adding just a skirt your focus is on the distinctive bikini top, which I believe is the nicest part of the suit."

She's now appearing on All Stars: Love Island attempting to find love in sunny South Africa, but it seems Georgia Harrison may have been getting her tan on beforehand to prepare for it.

The 29 year old reality star had fans blushing after she wore a tiny hot pink bikini at the beach.

And with her impressive body, Georgia was able to pull off an "extremely high" bikini bottom.

Causing waves in her comments section, many commented on how she looked so "unreal" with her "truly amazing body."

But wearing this bikini isn't for the faint hearted.

Lalla says: "Georgia Harrison is wearing a Pink halter tie side string Thong Bikini.

"For it to work, I'd recommend wearing a co-ord crochet beach short set in cream over bikini.

"This will show off the coloured bikini and bring a pop of colour to the overall look."

Whilst many of us have been wrapping up to keep warm, former Love Islander Maura Higgins has been cooling off.

The 33 year old, who is 5ft 7ins and has a slender figure, holidayed in the Maldives in a very tiny two piece.

She captioned the picture: "I like my bikinis how I like my wine…..Red."

Many rushed to the comments section to share their thoughts on her "amazing body" with one saying how she "took their breath away."

It's no wonder with a tiny bikini like that.

Lalla says: "This is a very brave bikini to wear, but Maura certainly has the body for it.

"But for those who don't want to feel like they could be spilling out, I'd suggest wearing a low back crochet maxi beach dress over the bikini set, either in black or white, as both colours will be a good contrast with the red bikini set."

Geordie Shore star Sophie Kasaei was virtually down to her birthday eve suit in this snap which she shared on the eve of her birthday.

The 34 year old left little to the imagination in black leather.

Lalla says: "This is a brave bikini to wear, and I'd say isn't for everyday use.

"Like Sophie, I'd recommend this is best for getting professional pictures taken where you can pose in the best way possible, without showing off too much.

"If you like the style of this bikini, I'd recommend teaming it with  a white or light blue sheer mesh cami dress, adding this will compliment the bikini style and make it very on trend.

"Whilst hiding things you may feel self conscious about."

Never one to shy away from the camera, Emily Ratajkowski oozes with confidence and glamour.

However, the 32-year-old mum sparked a debate in the comments section of her Instagram page after modelling a 'high rise' bikini.

Many thought Emily, who promotes body positivity, was showing off "too much skin," and implied she shouldn't be doing it.

One wrote: "Imagine if your mum would run around the house like this. What would you think about her?

"Why do you complain about the objectification of your body when your whole Instafeed is objectifying your whole body?"

Another asked: "Does she ever put clothes on!"

A third said: "And then you make a podcast complaining how men sexualise you. Can't have it both ways."

Emily is wearing a Brazilian mini bikini bottom with a string bikini top.

Lalla says: "For it to work wear a bodycon crochet midi dress over the bikini.

"A bodycon style of dress goes well with this type of bikini style."

CHARLIZE Theron's age-defying beauty has stood the test of time, with the star still looking remarkably similar to how she did in 1997's The Devil's Advocate.

The Oscar-winning actress has openly discussed the skincare regimen, exercise, and diet she lives by at age 48.

Charlize dominated the late 1990s and early 2000s, starring in 1998's Celebrity, 1999's The Cider House Rules, and 2003's The Italian Job.

She became the first African to win an acting Oscar after her captivating performance as serial killer Aileen Wuornos in 2003's Monster.

The Snow White and the Huntsman actress has repeatedly left film fanatics in awe of her appearance as well as her acting talent.

"I'm convinced Charlize Theron is aging backward," one person tweeted.

"Charlize Theron looks stunning from the tips of her toenails to the ends of her hair! Living, breathing, walking perfection," another said.

The face of Dior's J'Adore was voted the sexiest woman alive by readers of Esquire magazine back in 2007, having previously been given 8th place on FHM's list in 2001.

Charlize has revealed that she isn't afraid of aging despite being famed for her looks.

"My face is changing, and I love that my face is changing and aging," she told Allure

"People think I had a facelift. They're like, 'What did she do to her face?' I'm like, 'B***h, I'm just aging! It doesn't mean I got bad plastic surgery. This is just what happens.'"

We've taken a deep dive into her anti-aging secrets to unveil how she remains ageless amid the demands of everyday life.

SKINCARE

Charlize Theron has gained an appreciation for skincare after having to wear heavy makeup and prosthetics for her acting roles.

However, she revealed that it wasn't until her 30s that she began to develop a routine, and admits she still isn't as "ritualistic" as some of her friends.

"In my 20s I would sleep with my make-up on, wake up the next morning, and use a Q-tip to clean it up and go right back out into the world," she told Harpers Bazaar.

"And then you hit your mid or late 30s and you're like, 'Oh, so this is why they make moisturizers for your face!'

"I think the older you get, the more you want to feel good about your skin."

The actress wears SPF 50 sunscreen every day, regardless of the weather.

She swears by La Roche-Posay, $37, on sunny days, and otherwise uses La Prairie Cellular Radiance Emulsion.

"When I wake up I just rinse my face and put on sunscreen," she previously told Harpers Bazaar.

"I like to try new products, but there are ones I always go back to, like Crème de la Mer, you know, the classics," she said of the $50 cream.

She said she applies a serum, eye cream, and a good moisturizer at night and gets a facial from Mila Moursi in Los Angeles every three weeks.

Charlize told Vogue that she always has La Mer lip balm in her bag, which is available from Nordstrom for $80.

Other skincare products that she swears by include La Mer Cleansing Gel, Dior's Instant Gentle Exfoliant, and Dior's Prestige Le Nectar De Nuit serum.

"I like Dior's L'Or De Vie La Crème moisturizer or the Prestige La Crème," she added.

"Then if it's winter and really, really cold, I'll use Crème De La Mer."

MAKEUP

Back in 2020, Charlize shared with her 7.6 million Instagram followers two photos of herself having her makeup done by her daughter.

"To every make-up artist out there….. watch out, you've got competition!" she joked.

The actress often does her own makeup, having grown up with Jessica Lange and Frances McDormand among her beauty influences.

She told W magazine that her mom helped to shape her perception of beauty and how to do makeup.

"She was always like, 'Trust me, your skin will never be this good,'" Charlize said.

"'Stop putting so much foundation on.' And she was so right. I don't use foundation at all anymore. On older skin, it just ages you."

Having been signed as a brand ambassador for Dior in 2004, it is perhaps unsurprising that the items in her makeup bag are from the French luxury brand.

She has previously spoken about using DiorBlush Vibrant Color Powder Blush in Rose Libertine, Diorshow Fusion Mono Eyeshadow in Tromp d'Oeil, and Dior Forever Skin Glow.

"I've always been more casual and effortless," she told Elle. "I try to keep my red carpet look classic.

"My makeup artist, Shane Paish, usually does some sort of smoky eye by lining my upper and lower lash line with waterproof liner and coating my lashes with tons of mascara.

"I'm lucky enough to have worked with the same crew who create a cohesive look with my hair, makeup, and styling."

HAIR

Though she's taken a turn as a brunette, Charlize is mostly known for her blonde locks.

According to Cosmopolitan, the two-toned color palette of Charlize's hair embraces the Gemini hair trend.

"Also known as color blocking/paneling, the trend is an evolution of the popular 'money piece' that gradually got bolder and less blended" Jordanna Cobella, Wella Professionals UK Colour Ambassador and Trend Forecaster told the magazine.

Charlize is among colorist Tracey Cunningham's loyal customers.

Tracey swears by Olaplex haircare products including their No. 3 Repairing Treatment and No. 5P Blonde Enhancer Toning Conditioner.

She also recommends Dr. Barbara Sturm Balancing Scalp Serum, which costs $100.

"You have to nourish your scalp. Once you lose [a] follicle, you will never get it back," she told CNN.

"You have to keep your scalp clean and make sure that there's room for hair to grow, and this serum is great for that."

Charlize previously revealed that she also uses castor oil to keep her hair healthy.

"I put it on my brows and scalp once or twice a week. It's definitely made my hair thicker," she told Harpers Bazaar.

FITNESS

Charlize Theron has been working with personal trainer Fedele De Santis throughout the years to maintain her svelte figure.

However, depending on the movie that she's working on she may also receive training from other specialists.

"For instance, for Atomic, I actually had eight trainers checking in with me at various times," she told RSNG.

"They helped me so much because I really had doubts that I'd be able to get to the level I needed to for those fight sequences.

"Each brought something different to the way I was going about building strength and working martial arts into routines I already had established."

The actress revealed that she works out up to four times a week, with her favorite exercises including pilates, power yoga, and spin.

She said her diet for the day changes depending on how active she's been, so even on a rest day she keeps moving.

Charlize said her body takes longer to recover now than when she was younger it can be a challenge when making action movies.

"More than my face, I wish I had my 25-year-old body that I can just throw against the wall and not even hurt tomorrow," she told Allure.

"Now, if I don't work out for three days and I go back to the gym, I can't walk. I can't sit down on the toilet."

DIET

Charlize follows a predominantly raw plant-based diet and according to Women's Health, she eats six small meals throughout the day.

The actress practices portion control and will have a quarter of a burger rather than deprive herself when she feels like indulging.

"I have juices and kale and green salads every single day," she told Red magazine.

"When I'm eating healthily, getting enough sleep, and not drinking alcohol, that's when I look my best.

"That's when I'm happiest and I think it shows."

A FAMOUS music and instrument chain is reportedly set to close all its stores.

Rumors from apparent employees have speculated that Sam Ash could leave the retail scene for good.

Employees at the family-owned music store chain have speculated about the company's future (stock image)[/caption]

The family-owned chain announced in March that it would close 18 of its 44 branches, according to Guitar.com.

An employee, at the time, in the company's famous Clearwater, Florida, store said the news "literally came out of nowhere," according to Patch.

Workers reportedly put up signs for in-store sales in March.

The member of staff said they were unaware of the timeline for the closure.

New reports online, from members of staff, have suggested they were told all 44 stores were now set to shut.

Sam Ash has not yet confirmed these reports.

These reports suggest the company, founded in 1924, could vanish unless a buyer is found.

The 100-year-old company was known as a spot where people could buy a range of instruments like guitars and drums or other equipment like speakers and microphones.

Social media reports from employees have suggested the leadership team at Sam Ash was aware of the planned closures.

The family-owned business lost its COO Sammy Ash in September 2023 to cancer.

<!-- End of Brightcove Player -->

Ash family involvement in the business has still been strong as the company's president and CEO, since 1995, is Richard Ash.

Fans of the store shared their thoughts on the reports in the comments of a social media post.

"That's just a shame," one person said.

"The use to be the best," another commenter wrote.

The U.S. Sun has reached out to Sam Ash for comment.

RETAIL APOCALYPSE

The U.S. Sun has previously reported on troubled retailers that have to react by shutting their retail spaces.

Shop 'n Save is set to shut one of its locations in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

The grocery store chain announced the branch's last day will be May 13.

An Aldi store will replace this location.

This branch has been open to the community since 2018.

BURGER KING has confirmed that it's continuing to make major updates.

The fast food chain announced earlier this week that it would invest heavily in updating the look and feel at most of its over 6,600 restaurants in the United States in the coming years.

Burger King is renovating most of its restaurants in a multi-year plan[/caption]

An effort is being made by executives at Burger King to "accelerate the modernization" of the brand, per a press release.

At least $300 million is being put into the changes, including a new "modern image" for the interior and exterior of Burger King location designs.

It's known as the Sizzle design, a "reimagined" layout and experience that allows for "flexibility" among team members and customers.

Sizzle focuses on digital and mobile ordering pickups more, along with the drive-thru experience rather than the dine-in area.

The dine-in area will still see updates though.

The Sizzle update and updated technology, along with fresh kitchen equipment, were also noted in what the brand calls the Royal Reset 2.0.

This is building off the original Royal Reset plan from 2022, and the Reclaim the Flame initiative, which saw $250 million and $500 million investments, respectively.

Both the first Royal Reset and Reclaim the Flame saw similar efforts to update and improve Burger King's restaurants.

In January, the chain also announced that it would acquire Carrols, its largest US franchisee.

The deal was worth an enterprise value of around $1 billion, and would further assist in the remodeling of at least 600 of 1,000 acquired Burger King locations.

<!-- End of Brightcove Player -->

Using Carrols' portfolio, Burger King plans to fully modernize its operations by 2028.

MOTIVATED FOR MODERNITY

Royal Reset 2.0 also offers money incentives to top-performing Burger King locations for remodeling and updates.

The incentive seeks to make an additional 1,100 restaurant renovations possible by the 2028 goal.

By the end of the updates, Burger King says about 85% to 90% of its locations in and outside of America should be modernized.

The brand also confirmed it would not be investing in further remodels after the Royal Reset 2.0 plan is completed in the next few years.

Franchisees have until October 31 to opt-in to the incentive for Royal Reset 2.0.

CUSTOMERS FIRST

Tom Curtis, the president of Burger King North America, said they set out with the goal to "exceed expectations" for customers.

    </div> </div>

"We are committed to giving our guests the very best experience in all our restaurants and that includes a modern, exciting restaurant image and digital experience that exceeds their expectations," Curtis said in the release.

"We are working in close partnership with our franchisees to transform our restaurant footprint across the country and reclaim our flame as a leader in the QSR industry."
