The Indianapolis Colts are benching first-round pick Anthony Richardson and replacing him with veteran Joe Flacco, according to reports. Richardson hit the headlines this week when he removed himself from the game against the Texans, despite not being injured. He was slammed by fans and analysts, and ESPN reports the team have now made the decision to turn to Flacco after meetings on Wednesday morning. ESPN's Adam Schefter described the decision as a 'seismic organizational decision' and it will see Richardson - the No 4 overall pick in the 2023 Draft - drop to QB2.
