Broncos coach and ex-NFL star arrested for assaulting a police officer at Denver Airport
Denver Broncos linebackers coach and former NFL player Michael Wilhoite has been arrested and charged with assaulting a police officer. According to reports, Wilhoite was booked into a jail in downtown Denver after the alleged assault occurred in a parking garage at Denver International Airport. Wilhoite is set to appear in court on Monday morning at 10:30am local time. The Broncos told 9 News Denver in a statement: 'We are aware of a situation involving Michael Wilhoite that occurred Sunday and are in the process of gathering more information.
