England's early exit from the Champions Trophy is no surprise at all. I didn't expect anything different. In fact, I would have put my house on Afghanistan beating England! So where does the finger point? Well, I wouldn't be pointing it at the players, the coaches or anybody in charge. Because like everybody else in the country, to pick that 50-over team you would be taking a punt and going on a whim as there is nothing to base it on.
