Jennifer Lopez reportedly purchased a house following the finalization of her divorce from Ben Affleck. According to a report from People, published on Tuesday, March 25, Lopez, 55, bought a new home near Los Angeles for about $18 million, with the outlet citing property records. The news arrived less than three months after Lopez's divorce from Affleck, 52, was finalized, however, the former couple had to wait beyond the January 6 finalization to be recorded as officially single on February 20, per TMZ.
