Jamie Foxx. Jamie Foxx is pulling back the curtain on his 2023 health scare in his upcoming Netflix special, Jamie Foxx: What Had Happened Was. After attending an October taping for the special, two of Foxx's fans revealed to CNN what the actor talked about-including his brush with death and hospitalization. Foxx reportedly told the audience that in 2023 he passed out and remembered waking up. He said it was a near-death experience, fan Demecos Chambers told CNN after seeing the stand-up show live.
