Michael Vick PETA has responded to the report that Michael Vick has been named the new head football coach at Norfolk State University. In an exclusive statement to Us Weekly, the animal rights organization said, As long as Michael Vick's new position doesn't put him within shouting distance of any dogs, PETA wishes him no ill. Vick, 44, pleaded guilty in 2007 to being involved in an illegal dog fighting ring that operated out of his Virginia home.
