A TEEN woman was dragged out to sea and raped in front of holidaymakers regardless of her desperate pleas, a courtroom heard.
The 15-year-old was within the sea together with her associates in Bournemouth when she began enjoying with a ball with one other group.
After the ball was kicked away, Gabriel Marinoaica, 24, picked it up and commenced chatting with the woman.
He then allegedly dragged the woman additional into the sea the place she was unable to swim and asked if she needed to "smash" – which means sex.
Jurors heard she advised him "no, get off me" however Marinoaica groped and kissed her before biting her neck.
He then put his palms over the woman's mouth so she could not scream and raped her, Bournemouth Crown Court was advised.
Ellie Fargin, prosecuting, stated: "He took her out of her depth, he made her weak, she couldn't even swim, he won't have recognized that however he may need recognized she could not contact the bottom.
"And why did he do this? So he might do what he needed to do.
"She didn't consent and we are saying he knew that, he merely didn't care."
The alleged horror unfolded on July 18, 2021, as hundreds of holidaymakers had packed the seashore out to benefit from the weather.
The woman later advised her family what had happened they usually phoned the police.
Officers discovered a match for Marinoaica's DNA on the alleged sufferer's bikini and he was arrested around 11 months later.
He claimed she had initiated sexual activity with him and requested him if he needed to have intercourse.
Jurors heard he also advised officers the woman had "her legs wrapped round his waist".
Marinoaica denies rape and four counts of sexual assault.
